Skellerup Enviroclad is a scrim reinforced sheet membrane made from TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin).  It is available in thicknesses of 1.14mm and 1.5mm and the sheets are 3.00 metres wide.  The sheets are fully adhered with Carlisle SynTec’s Sure Weld bonding adhesive and are overlapped approximately 50mm and heat-welded (vulcanised) by a watertight hot air weld.

The advantages of using Enviroclad are; colour choice, the 3 metre wide sheets which reduces the amount of lap joins and the heat welded seams.  These heat welded seams create stronger and flatter laps.  This technology also renders quicker installation time, while assuring watertight integrity, even when fully immersed.   

Enviroclad can be applied over the existing surface saving the removing and dumping of the old roof surface and the membrane’s polyester mesh scrim ensures high puncture resistance.  Enviroclad can be applied to commercial and residential buildings for the waterproofing of low slope and pitched roofs, gutters and parapets, balconies and decks and roof gardens.
